Terms and Conditions (SEO Services)

Welcome to Gain Traffix. By purchasing or using our SEO services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services, including but not limited to:

  • Keyword research
  • On-page optimization
  • Off-page optimization (backlinks)
  • Technical SEO
  • Monthly reporting

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or sales as SEO depends on multiple external factors.

2. Payment Terms

  • All SEO services are prepaid.
  • Clients must pay 100% advance before the start of each billing cycle (monthly).
  • No work will begin or continue without payment.

3. Late Payments

  • If payment is not received by the due date, services will be paused immediately.
  • A late fee of Rs.500 may be applied.
  • Work will resume only after full payment is received.

4. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made are non-refundable.
  • Once work has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide required access (website, hosting, analytics, etc.) on time
  • Share accurate business information
  • Approve strategies/content when required

Delays from the client side may affect results.

6. Results Disclaimer

  • SEO is a long-term process and typically takes 3–6 months to show results.
  • We do not guarantee rankings on search engines like Google.
  • Algorithm changes and competition may impact performance.

7. Reporting

  • Monthly reports will be shared with clients.
  • Reports may include ranking, traffic, and work updates.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with prior notice.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused periods.

9. Access & Ownership

  • All work remains under our control until full payment is received.
  • Upon payment, the client retains ownership of their website and assets.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of rankings due to search engine updates
  • Website penalties caused by past actions
  • Business losses or revenue decline

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Website Development Services

1. Website Development Services

We also provide website design and development services, including but not limited to:

  • Website design (UI/UX)
  • Frontend and backend development
  • CMS setup (WordPress or others)
  • Basic SEO setup

2. Project Payment Terms (Development)

  • 50% advance payment is required before starting the project.
  • 50% remaining payment must be cleared before final delivery or website launch.
  • No project will be delivered or made live until full payment is received.

3. Project Timeline

  • Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before starting.
  • Delays caused by the client (content, approvals, feedback) may extend the timeline.

4. Revisions Policy

  • Limited revisions will be provided as per agreed scope.
  • Additional revisions or changes outside the scope may incur extra charges.

5. Content Responsibility

  • The client is responsible for providing all content (text, images, videos).
  • We are not responsible for copyright issues related to client-provided content.

6. Ownership & Handover

  • Full ownership of the website will be transferred only after complete payment.
  • Login credentials and files will be shared after final payment.

7. Support & Maintenance

  • Free support (if any) will be provided for a limited period after delivery.
  • Ongoing maintenance will be charged separately.

8. Third-Party Costs

  • Domain, hosting, plugins, themes, and third-party tools are not included unless specified.
  • These costs must be paid by the client.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • If the client cancels the project after work has started, the advance payment will not be refunded.
  • Work completed until cancellation will be billed accordingly.
